Drug Awareness on the Internet
by Robin Nobles
Let's look at Internet sites on drugs and drug awareness. The Internet is full of information on prescription drugs as well as drug abuse. Remember, though, that your doctor or pharmacist is the best source of information on your prescription drugs.
At the Healthtouch site, you'll find information about prescription or over-the-counter medications. Learn about the common uses of a drug, the proper ways to use it, and possible side effects. http://www.healthtouch.com/level1/p_dri.htm

At the Drug Database, you can search for medications under the generic or trade name. http://pharminfo.com/drugdb/db_mnu.html
Also at Healthtouch, you'll find information on how you can tell if someone you know is using drugs, as well as a list of behavioral changes of alcohol or drug abuses. http://www.healthtouch.com/level1/leaflets/102504/102522.htm
