Since school is out, your children may enjoy some simple craft projects to do when it's too hot to play outside. Let's see what we can find on the Net.

We'll begin at FamilyFun Magazine, where you'll discover craft ideas such as The Latest in Paper Dresses, a Bug Bank, or how to build a Puddle Boat. Learn how to make paper animal puppets or a paper flower garden. Not only does this site offer a wonderful assortment of craft ideas, but you'll also find ideas for quick activities and recipes that kids will love.

For craft ideas such as How to Create a Bird Feeder or How to Make a Mask, visit the Family Krafts Newsletter. Learn how to make your own sidewalk chalk, or how to make a friendship pin.

Bluebonnet Village Hatchling Day School Free Kid's Crafts offers ideas such as how to make a bunny hand puppet, or how to make a travel memory box for your vacation this year. You'll find instructions for making a tube birdhouse or making finger paints.

For more craft and decorating projects than you can imagine, visit Dianna's Home Almanac. Learn how to make a PomPom Worm Note Holder or Homemade Stickers. You'll find basic clay recipes, jewelry projects, and even games and activities. This site is guaranteed to keep you occupied for weeks!
