Autumn Arrives on the Internet

Fall is by far my favorite season of the year. By the time autumn arrives, most of us are ready for a reprieve from the beastly heat of summer. As we breathe the brisk, cool, and invigorating air of the fall, we think of kicking up leaves, football games, and apple cider.
Netguide features a wonderful page called, Enjoying Autumn's Pleasures Online. You'll find links to fall fashions, cider recipes, tailgate parties, and fall foliage.
Do you remember how much fun hayrides were, with the brisk night air blowing in your face and the smell of fresh, clean hay? During the month of October in several places across the U.S., you can go on a Haunted Hayride, complete with "huge, hideous creatures with glistening fangs, twisted, ruined faces, and unspeakably evil eyes."
If you're interested in making baskets for decorating this fall, visit Baskets, Etc. You'll find tips, how to's, and even links for basket patterns.
At Disney's Family.Com, you can learn how to make caramel apples, an autumn leaf place mat, or a flip-over scarecrow. Discover eight different playground activities, such as Dog Chases Its Tale, or learn after school ideas to keep the kids occupied and happy.
